It's clear to me that he cares about his craft and the satisfaction of his customers. 2. Talent. Michael has clearly found his calling in life. His arrangements are beyond what I can explain. Proportional designs for the occasions, symmetrical (or not when appropriate) color, depth. He should be teaching at the university level.
